So-called "dream homes" can be very pricey and the biggest investment one usually makes. When looking at homes in the $2 million (+/-) range, how do you know the real market value in terms of quality of workmanship, finishings, etc., as related to the listing price? By having had Marshall Cohen working for us, he was able to clearly demonstrate the realistic values versus overpriced home listings. His Toronto real estate "knowledge and experience" is not simply a "catch phrase", but rather, a great tool that worked to our advantage. Of course every home purchase involves negotiations, but in working with Marshall Real Estate, we wound up paying a very fair price for a home we love.
